Our first convention at Ashton Gate in Bristol! We met Kasasagi Jewellery and Honey Badger Games for the first time.
Claire Cashman of Kasasagi hand makes beautiful silver jewellery for DND and meeple enthusiasts.
Catherine of Honey Badger Games produces handmade polyhedral sweets, of a variety of flavours and has ventured in making some gorgeous teas, which are all DND themed.
February 2020
Our first dice subscription box launches for Critical Critters and dice goblin collectors. The site now has over a hundred styles of DND dice sets.
March 2020
Our first Aire Con in Harrogate, Yorkshire.
Critical Kit's first birthday.
Lock down starts. The Critical Kit Discord server is opened, welcoming our DND community.
December 2020
End the year with our first Dragonmeet at Hammersmith, London.
Dragonmeet is a fantastic convention to end the year. Fully focused on TTRPGs, of a variety of genres. You're treated to host of TTRPG publishers from; Free League, Modiphius, Rowan Rook and Decard, and indie publishers, Anna Blackwell and Fiona Scott to name a few and the Great GM, Guy Sclanders.
A one-day convention to provide a final shopping spree ahead of the holiday and we will be paying our dues to Free League.
January 2021
Launch the Dungeon Master's DM box and publish my first 5E one-shot adventure, Dark Heart of Roskem.
The 5E one-shot can be run as a stand-alone DND adventure or integrated into your home brew adventure for the busy GM.
March 2021

Finally get married to Sarah who joins Critical Kit full-time, we change status to a limited company and start fulfilling Be Like A Crow.
This is by far our busiest month to date.

Fulfil x copies of Be Like A Crow in between, attending UKGE, Birmingham.

Launch our first dice Kickstarter, Minor Arcana for a stunning sharp edge set, including a coin/D2 and polyhedral dice tarot cards.
July 2022
First live stream with Instagram influencers of my one-shot MacDeath, a murder mystery in the Fey wild.
Start a Twitch channel, streaming Be Like A Crow and collaborative world building, Not of This Earth.
August 2022
Second live stream. This time with UK businesses and cos-players of my one-shot Highstakes, a casino heist on an aircraft.
October 2022
First European convention, as we take Be Like A Crow and Crowthulhu to Spiel, Essen in Germany. Who knew cosmic horror is so popular.
Critical Kit finally makes it to WynterCon in Eastbourne.
Following the convention we drove to Mirfield in Yorkshire to collect Mollie, who will be converted for conventions (hopefully) I can't wait to see her finished!. As this is something we have wanted to do for sometime.

Our third Dragonmeet and Ines from Spellcaster meets us at Dragonmeet as she has handmade five D20 chonks which will be given away to our community.

Whereas Dragonmeet ends the convention season, Beachhead kicks it off and we finally have good weather and we are able to take a walk on the front.
We open the wholesale site and Be Like A Crow, starts its journey of being available in your local friendly gaming store.
D666 is published after an idea Tim had had only two weeks before.

Return to Aire Con in Harrogate, which goes ahead after been threatened with closing due to forecasted snow.
Our son, Aaron and our daughter's boyfriend Darsshan exhibit at UKCGF in Exeter, whilst we are at Aire Con.

Fifth birthday!

Our first trip to Boston and the weather on arrival gives us a false sense of what to expect and after being in Kentucky we forget that although we are in the States again, the weather is far different here on the East coast and what I can only describe as brutal.
There was one night in particular I will never forget!

First GAMA trade convention in Kentucky and we hang out with the Menzies Brothers, from Parable Games, Maz and Matt of Rowan Rook and Decard, Mike of Mana Project and Cody from Everything Games.
We accidentally end up having a blast with Danielle Reynold's who was play testing Caution Signs at the BackerKit party and spend time with some amazing individuals. Also a massive thanks to RRD for dinner.

Tim meets Aaron Bryant, who is to come one of the first writer's Tim collaborates with in a project and this will be for Death Valley.
We pick up a signed copy of Caution Signs which has been released, ahead to a Stereo Flowers concert with Scott who we meet in a Speak Easy, and generally cramp too much in a short space of time, for people of our age :)
